We know how hard it can be to purchase candles online. You may return or exchange candles within 5 days of receipt as long as they aren't burned. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any purchase.
MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES
Orders may be returned/exchanged so long as:
The order is unused.
The order was not purchased on clearance.
You contact us within 5 days of receipt.
You have the original packing slip.
All products must be returned in sellable condition and shipped to our studio at your expense. We also cannot accept responsibility for repaying original shipping or handling charges incurred in returning a product.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, we will be happy to replace it. Snap a photo with your phone and e-mail the image to email@example.com with your name, order number, and brief description. Upon receipt of your email we will provide further instructions to complete your return or replacement as quickly as possible.
